The guarantee covers the timely location of an instructor and your satisfaction after your first lesson.

Timely Location of an Instructor:

After your completion of How It Works steps #1-4, Baseball Coast to Coast will communicate with all available instructors in your area. When a suitable instructor is established that meets your schedule needs, you will be notified with the Instructor’s bio, the location, and selected date and time. If the instructor search lasts 3 business days, we will contact you with an update of our continuing search. If after 7 business days a suitable instructor is still not available, you have the option of letting us continue the search, or you may receive a full refund of your lesson or lesson package. Please contact us with a refund request at cancel@baseballcoasttocoast.com.

Satisfaction After Your First Lesson:

Baseball Coast to Coast also offers a Money Back Guarantee after the completion of your first lesson of any lesson package. (There is NO REFUND on a single lesson purchase). It is as follows:

a) After the first lesson, if unsatisfied with the instructor or lesson, you have 24 hours to cancel the remainder of the package.

*If you do not cancel within 24 hours of the first lesson, you will not receive a refund. Only cancelations after the first lesson during this 24 hour window will qualify for a refund of the remainder of the package.

* To cancel a lesson, send an email explaining the reason for cancellation, to cancel@baseballcoasttocoast.com.

b) If you decide to cancel, you will only be responsible to pay for the one, completed lesson. You may;

*have Baseball Coast to Coast connect you with a new instructor or;

*collect a refund in the full amount of the cost of the lesson package less the first lesson.

c) You DO NOT need to contact Baseball Coast to Coast if you choose to continue with the lesson package. By letting the 24 hour window elapse, you are choosing to continue with the remainder of the package, and are responsible for the full payment.
